Track & Field Curriculum

The Go Core track & field program teaches clean mechanics across four event groups, sprints, distance, jumps, and throws. Athletes rotate through event stations, build a race-day mindset, and track personal records. Programming scales from playful movement for youth to event specialization for teens and adults.
