Multi-Sport Curriculum

Multi-sport camps expose athletes to several Go Core programs in a single week, building all-around athleticism, sport sampling, and a love of movement. Athletes rotate through coached sport blocks daily, train with Ashlee Austin-Bean, and compete in the Go Core Games. Grouped by age division and ideal for younger and developing athletes.

Every day blends coached sport blocks, athletic training, and a competitive games block.

Sample 5-Day Schedule

Daily Themes

A representative week, daily blocks run roughly 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Themes rotate the spotlight sports while athletic training and the Go Core Games run throughout.

Foundations & All-Sport Sampler
  • Warm-Up & Teams, Athletic warm-up and team assignments
  • Sport Samplers, Rotating samplers: flag football, basketball, baseball, track
  • Character & Cool-Down, Character session and athletic training cool-down
Day 2
Flag Football & Basketball Focus
  • Flag Football Block, Flag football skills and 7-on-7
  • Basketball Block, Basketball skills and small-sided games
  • Athletic Training, Athletic training and Go Core Games points
Day 3
Baseball & Track Focus
  • Baseball Block, Baseball skills and scrimmage
  • Track Block, Track & field event sampling and relays
  • Athletic Training, Athletic training and Go Core Games points
Day 4
Speed, Agility & Competition Prep
  • Speed Block, Speed & agility academy session
  • Skill Challenges, Cross-sport skill challenges
  • Tournament Prep, Team strategy and Go Core Games standings
Day 5
Go Core Games Championship
  • Championship Rounds, Multi-sport championship rounds, families invited
  • Performance Finals, Athletic performance finals vs. Day 1 benchmarks
  • Awards, All-Around MVP, Most Improved, certificates for all
