The Go Core basketball program develops complete players through fundamentals, decision-making, and competitive reps. Athletes are grouped by age division, rotated through skill stations, and challenged in small-sided games that reward spacing, effort, and smart play. Athletic training is integrated into every session.
Every clinic scales by age division, from game-based learning for youth to position mastery and performance work for teens and adults. Below is the full block-by-block plan.
Grouped by age division, the 3-day camp combines daily skill stations, athletic training, and competitive games that build toward a camp tournament and championship. Each day carries a coaching theme.
Coach-administered assessments capture measurable growth from the first session to the last.
Ball-handling, shooting form, finishing, passing/IQ, and defense, re-assessed at end of camp.
Form-shooting makes and free-throw percentage recorded at the start and end of each camp.
Lane agility, vertical jump, and 3/4-court sprint recorded by Ashlee Austin-Bean.
