Baseball Curriculum

The Go Core baseball program builds complete players through the core skills of the game, hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running, taught in progressions and reinforced with live reps. Athletes are grouped by age division, rotate through position stations, and compete in game situations. Arm care and athletic training are built into every session.

Session Curriculum by Age

From game-based learning for youth to skill development and competitive play for teens and adults, every clinic scales by age division. Below is the full block-by-block plan.

Youth Clinic, Intro to BaseballHalf-Day · 3 Hours · Ages 5 to 12

Throwing & Catching Foundations
  • Four-seam grip and proper throwing motion

  • Partner catch progression, short to long

Hitting Basics
  • Athletic stance, grip, and balanced load

3-Day Camp

Baseball 3-Day Camp

Grouped by age division, the 3-day camp blends daily skill stations, arm care, and athletic training with competitive games that build toward a camp tournament and championship.

Day 1
Foundations & Team Building
  • Check-In, Warm-Up & Teams, Team assignments, jerseys, and a dynamic warm-up + arm care led by Ashlee Austin-Bean
  • Fundamentals Stations, Throwing, fielding, hitting, and base running, rotating coach-led stations
  • Team Concepts & Scrimmage, Cutoffs, situations, signals, and a coached scrimmage with live at-bats
  • Character: Teamwork, Healthy fueling plus trust activities, what makes a great teammate
  • Athletic Cool-Down, Guided stretching, foam rolling, and arm recovery
Day 2
Offense & Defense Deep Dive
  • Hitting + Base Running, Approach, situational hitting, live BP, leads, steals, and reads
  • Pitching, Catching & Defense, Pitching mechanics and command; catching, infield, and outfield play
  • Athletic Training, Power, Rotational power and sprint-mechanics circuit
Day 3
Competition & Celebration
  • Game-Day Warm-Up, Full team warm-up, arm care, and signals review
  • Camp Tournament, Round-robin games using full rules
  • Athletic, Speed Finals, Home-to-first and 60-yard re-test vs. Day 1 benchmark
  • Championship Game, Top two teams, full game, families invited
  • Awards Ceremony, Camp MVP, Most Improved, Best Teammate, certificates for all
